Bachelorette has been gaining a lot of comparisons to one of our favorite movies of 2011, Bridesmaids. Not only do both films feature a common actress (the hilarious Rebel Wilson), but they also showcase female actresses playing characters hopelessly overwhelmed by the events surrounding modern weddings.

The difference is, in Bachelorette, the situation that gets increasingly out of control is the actual bachelorette party the night before. (If only they’d just gone to Lucky Cheng’s!) Three of our favorite actresses, Kirsten Dunst, Lizzy Caplan and Isla Fisher, try to deal with an escalating after-hours celebration while making sure everything comes together for the big day. The film’s been getting a lot of buzz since Sundance and, judging from the trailer, our funny girls are still in fighting form.
